Although there is no obligation to bid, all prospective buyers must register in order to bid at the auction with valid State Issued Identification.  A bid deposit of $5,000 will be required at registration and will be refunded at the close of the auction or applied to the earnest money deposit.  The bid deposit will be in the form of a certified or cashiers check made payable to the bidder.  At the end of the auction, the Successful Bidder will submit the difference (if any) of the non-refundable earnest money deposit in the form of cash, cashier’s check, company or personal check; sign a real estate sales contract with the balance due at closing not to exceed 30 days from date of auction.  A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to the bid price to become the contract purchase price.  Inspections are welcome and must be done prior to auction.
