Terms on Real Estate:  Although there is no obligation to bid, all prospective buyers must register in order to bid at the auction with valid State Issued Identification.  An earnest money deposit of $10,000 will be required.  Balance due at closing within 30 days of auction.  10% buyer’s premium applies.The bid deposit may be in the form of a certified check made payable to the bidder, or a personal or company check with a bank letter of credit or guarantee.

Bidding is not conditional upon financing so be sure you have arranged financing, if needed, and are capable of paying cash at closing.
