Terms on Real Estate: Although there is no obligation to bid, all prospective buyers must register in order to bid at the Auction with valid State issued ID.  At the end of the auction, the Successful Bidder will deposit 15% of the contract purchase price, or $5,000 whichever is greater at the auction in the form of cash, cashier’s check, company or personal check; sign a real estate sales contract with the balance due at closing not to exceed 30 days from date of auction.  10% buyer’s premium will be added to bid price to become contract purchase price.  A personal or company check will only be accepted with a bank letter of credit or guarantee.

Bidding is not conditional upon financing so be sure you have arranged financing, if needed, and are capable of paying cash at closing.
