At the end of the auction, the Successful Bidder will deposit 15% of the contract purchase price, or $5,000 whichever is greater at the auction in the form of cash, cashier’s check, company or personal check; sign a real estate sales contract with the balance due at closing not to exceed 30 days from date of auction. 10% buyer’s premium will be added to bid price to become contract purchase price. A personal or company check will only be accepted with a bank letter of credit or guarantee.
Bidding is not conditional upon financing so be sure you have arranged financing, if needed, and are capable of paying cash at closing.
