Terms of Auction: $500 or 15% (whichever is greatest) per Lot down in non-refundable funds at the conclusion of the auction. Cash, certified funds, or check with a bank letter guaranteeing funds. Balance due in 30 days. 10% buyer’s premium is added to high bid price to become final contract purchase price.
Inspection: Agents will be on site for preview and to answer questions: Friday, 8/26 from 3-6pm Saturday, 8/27 10:a.m. - Noon
