29 Lot Liquidation - Hickory Downs Estates

Registration to Bid:  Begins 1 hour prior and up to Auction time.

Terms on Real Estate:  Although there is no obligation to bid, all prospective buyers must register in order to bid at the auction with valid State Issued Identification.  A bid deposit of $10,000 will be required at registration and will be refunded at the close of the auction or applied to the earnest money deposit.  The bid deposit may be in the form of a certified check made payable to the bidder, or a personal or company check with a bank letter of credit or guarantee.

At the end of the auction, the Successful Bidder will submit a non-refundable earnest money deposit in the amount of 10% of the contract purchase price in the form of cash, cashier’s check, company or personal check; sign a real estate sales contract with the balance due at closing not to exceed 30 days from date of auction.  10% buyer’s premium will be added to the bid price to become the contract purchase price. 

Bidding is not conditional upon financing so be sure you have arranged financing, if needed, and are capable of paying cash at closing.
