Terms on Real Estate: Although there is no obligation to bid, all prospective buyers must register in order to bid at the auction with valid State-Issued ID. An earnest money deposit of $5,000 or 15% (whichever is largest) will be required. Balance due at closing within 30 days of auction. A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to bid price to become final contract price.
The $5,000 certified/cashier's check made out to bidder is required at registration.. The high bidder will sign this check over to the auction firm as part of the down payment. The remainder of the 15% down payment can be paid with a personal check or cash. If you are not the high bidder the cashier's check will be immediately returned.
Bidding is not conditional upon financing so be sure you have arranged financing, if needed, and are capable of paying cash at closing.

Scenic route: Take I-440 South / Outer Beltline. Follow signs for US-64 West / US-1 South. Take Exit 98B and merge onto US-64 West. Take US-64 West for 12 miles to Wilsonville. At the Wilsonville stoplight, turn left on Beaver Creek Road. Continue for three miles and take a right on Pea Ridge Road immediately after the bridge over Jordan Lake. Follow Pea Ridge Road for approximately four miles, then turn right at Woods of McCoy Road.
Alternate route: Take I-440 South / Outer Beltline. Follow signs for US-64 West / US-1 South. Take US-1 South 21 miles to Exit 81 for Pea Ridge Road toward Jordan Lake and turn right. After one mile, turn left at Woods of McCoy Road.
From Sanford
Take US 15-501 North / US-1 North to Exit 81 for Pea Ridge Road and turn left. Take Pea Ridge Road for one mile and turn left at Woods of McCoy Road.
From Durham
From I-40, take NC-751 South until you reach US 64 West. Turn right at the stoplight onto US 64 West. Three miles later, you'll reach the Wilsonville intersection and a stoplight. Take a left at the stoplight onto Beaver Creek Road. Continue for three miles and take a right on Pea Ridge Road immediately after the bridge over Jordan Lake. Follow Pea Ridge Road for approximately four miles, then turn right at Woods of McCoy Road.
From Chapel Hill and Carrboro
Take NC-86, NC-54 or US 15-501 South where they intersect and merge onto US-15 / US-501 South. Less than a mile south of the intersection, turn left onto Mt. Carmel Church Road and follow it south for 12 miles. Along the way it will become Farrington Point Road. When it crosses US-64 it becomes Beaver Creek Road. Continue for three miles and take a right on Pea Ridge Road immediately after the bridge over Jordan Lake. Follow Pea Ridge Road for approximately four miles, then turn right at Woods of McCoy Road.
Outdoor Recreation
Adjacent to both the Haw River and the Jordan Lake State Recreation Area. This unique location provides direct access to great places to sail, canoe, kayak, fish, hike, and bike.
